This agreement is a legal contract between you and Panda VPN (referred to as the 'Service Provider') regarding the download, installation, and use of the mobile accelerator application (referred to as 'the App').
By downloading or using the App, you confirm that you have read and agreed to this agreement. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, extract source code from, translate, or create derivative versions of the App or associated trademarks without authorization. Intellectual property rights in the App belong to the Service Provider. To maintain service quality, we may adjust features or fees and will notify users where appropriate. Users are responsible for device security and account confidentiality. We do not recommend jailbreaking or rooting devices because it may reduce security and affect app operation.
This Service may integrate necessary third-party services, such as Google Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics. During use, you may also be bound by those providers’ respective terms of service.
The App depends on a stable network environment, including Wi-Fi or mobile data. The Service Provider is not responsible for failure caused by device arrears, data limits, poor signal, carrier restrictions, or roaming charges. Before using the App on mobile data or roaming networks, confirm that you have permission from the bill payer.
Users are responsible for their own use of the service. For example, inability to access the service due to a depleted device battery, system restriction, or third-party network failure is not covered by compensation. We work to provide accurate node and routing information, but some data may come from third-party partners. For compatibility and security, the App may release updates from time to time, and you agree to install the latest version when necessary. The Service Provider may terminate App services in reasonable circumstances.
