This Privacy Policy explains how Panda VPN (referred to as 'this Service' or 'we') handles personal information when you download, install, or use the mobile application (referred to as 'the App'). We process data only where necessary to provide, maintain, secure, and improve the service.

When you download and launch the App, we may collect necessary operational data, including your Internet Protocol (IP) address, device operating system version, in-app access paths, connection status, and session duration. To recommend suitable nodes, we may process approximate device location. This data is used to: 1. recommend connection options based on Panda VPN's node distribution; 2. identify regional performance issues through anonymized aggregate data; 3. send necessary service updates, security notices, or account reminders to your reserved email or username.

We only transmit anonymized or aggregated data to necessary third-party service providers, such as Google Play Services and Firebase, for crash analysis, performance monitoring, and feature improvement. Except in the following cases, we do not share personal information: 1. compliance with legal process or regulatory requirements; 2. protection of users, property, or investigation of fraud and abuse; 3. cooperation with entrusted service providers bound by confidentiality obligations. To stop new collection, remove the App through the standard uninstall process on your device.

User-provided data will be retained during the service period and for a reasonable retention period afterward. To cancel your account and request deletion of personal information, contact our privacy team at [email protected]. The App is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from them. If such data is discovered, we will delete it promptly. Guardians may contact us through the same email address.

This Privacy Policy may be updated due to regulatory requirements or service changes. Please review this page periodically. Continued use after changes are published will be treated as acceptance of the revised terms. This policy takes effect on October 4, 2025.
